Payment Timeframes

  • Stored Card Payments: Payments for appointments are processed automatically using your securely stored card details.
  • Initial Appointments: For first-time bookings, payment is deducted at the time of booking.
  • Follow-up Appointments: From 1 April 2025, payments for subsequent appointments will be automatically deducted seven (7) days prior to your appointment.
  • Why this approach? As a telehealth service, pre-payment ensures a seamless virtual experience and secures your clinician’s time. It also allows us to offer rescheduled appointments to other patients in need, helping us better manage demand and maintain accessibility.
