What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

At Wellvue, we understand the importance of providing timely mental health care in a field with significant demand. Our clinicians often have fully booked schedules, and last-minute cancellations or changes can prevent others from accessing much-needed care. We respect that emergencies can happen, but we also aim to ensure that our services remain accessible to all who need them.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

  • Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, kindly provide us with at least 48 business hours notice. Cancellations made within 48 business hours will result in a charge of 50% of the appointment fee.
  • No-shows: If you’re unable to attend your appointment, please let us know. Not showing up for your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the appointment fee.
  • Late arrivals: To ensure you receive your full appointment time, please arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late for a 30-minute appointment, or more than 20 minutes late for a 50 or 60-minute appointment, may mean your appointment needs to be rescheduled, and a charge of 50% of the appointment fee will apply.
