Promoter: Medical Locums Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 26 622 477 678) trading as Wellvue, located at 69 Collett Street, Queanbeyan NSW 2620, Australia.
Eligibility: Entry is open to registered clinical attendees of the RANZCP 2025 Congress who visit the Wellvue booth and complete the prize draw entry form. Entrants must be aged 18 years or older. Staff of Wellvue are not eligible to enter.
Entry: One entry per eligible person via completion of the form at the Wellvue booth. Incomplete, incorrect, or duplicate entries may be deemed invalid at the promoter’s discretion.
Prizes:
1st Prize: Apple AirPods Pro 2 (RRP AUD $399)
2nd Prize: $300 David Jones Gift Card
3rd Prize: $100 Amazon Australia Gift Card
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
Prize Draw: Winners will be drawn randomly using an electronic random generator at the close of business on 8 May 2025, the final day of the RANZCP 2025 Congress. Winners will be notified by email within 24 hours. Winners must respond within 7 calendar days to confirm prize acceptance and supply delivery details if required. Failure to respond will result in prize forfeiture and a redraw may occur.
Prize Delivery: Digital gift cards will be emailed to the winners. Physical prizes (such as Apple AirPods Pro 2) will be posted within 14 business days after confirmation of acceptance. The promoter is not responsible for loss or damage during delivery.
Privacy and Consent: By entering, participants consent to Medical Locums Australia Pty Ltd (trading as Wellvue) collecting, storing, and using their personal information for purposes including, but not limited to:
- Prize draw administration and winner notification;
- Conference communication and follow-up;
- Marketing of future events, promotions, and offers;
- Recruitment communications and career opportunities;
- Storage in the Wellvue marketing database for ongoing contact.
Participants acknowledge they may be contacted by email, phone, or SMS for these purposes. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided or by contacting Wellvue directly. All data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Wellvue Privacy Policy.
General: The promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify invalid entries, amend or cancel the prize draw if circumstances require, and substitute prizes of equal value if necessary. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from prize winnings and independent financial advice should be sought if needed.
