What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
At Wellvue, we understand the importance of providing timely mental health care in a field with significant demand. Our clinicians often have fully booked schedules, and last-minute cancellations or changes can prevent others from accessing much-needed care. We respect that emergencies can happen, but we also aim to ensure that our services remain accessible to all who need them.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
- Notice Period: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least two full business days (48 hours) notice, given via email or phone.
- Options for Refunds/Credits: If you cancel or reschedule within this notice period, you may choose between a full refund or a credit of the fee towards a future appointment.
- Late Cancellation Fee: If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, a non-refundable fee of $100 will be charged. Please note that this fee is not eligible for a Medicare rebate.
