Choose a quiet, well-lit space for your session. This helps you and your clinician communicate clearly. Avoid joining the session from a moving vehicle, even if you’re not driving.
Get Your Technology Ready
Use a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a working camera and a stable internet connection. Make sure your device is fully charged, and turn off notifications to prevent interruptions.

Arrive Early
Log in 10 minutes before your session to check that everything’s working. This gives you time to fix any last-minute problems.
Be Open and Honest
Your clinician is here to help. Share your medical history, current medications, and any challenges you’re facing. This helps in creating the best treatment plan for you.
After the Session
If you have any questions or updates, email your clinician at clinical@wellvue.com.au. We’ll respond within 3 business days. Following your clinician’s recommendations is key to reaching your goals, so keep your clinician updated on any changes.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please call 1300 935 883 or email clinical@wellvue.com.au. We ask for at least 48 business hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
Finding the Right Fit
It’s important to feel comfortable with your clinician. If you don’t feel connected after a few sessions, let us know, and we’ll help you find someone who’s a better fit.
