Dr Mohamed Ibrahim is a Consultant Psychiatrist based in Brisbane and a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP). He is also an Associate Member of the Australian ADHD Professionals Association (AADPA). With over 15 years of dedicated experience in mental health, Dr Ibrahim has provided compassionate and expert psychiatric care in diverse hospital and community settings across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Australia.

He welcomes referrals for individuals aged 18 and above. His areas of specialisation include neurodevelopmental conditions such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), as well as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and complex PTSD, and adjustment disorders. He also has a strong professional interest in transcultural psychiatry.

Dr Ibrahim is experienced in preparing reports and providing care under the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA), WorkCover and workers’ compensation schemes, and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Dr Ibrahim completed his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) before undertaking specialist training in psychiatry, ultimately achieving fellowship with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP). His international career has spanned both inpatient and community-based roles, giving him a broad and nuanced understanding of mental health care across different cultural contexts.
